Nutrition products are non-refundable due to potential safety risks involved with ingestible products. However, if the product received did not meet your expectations, please contact info@lakeeffectnutrition.com to discuss potential return/refund/replacement options.

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return postage and return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.

 

If you need to cancel or change your order prior to fulfillment being initiated, please contact info@lakeeffectnutrition.com to see if possible to cancel/change. Refunds may not be possible after fulfillment process has been initiated.

 

Under no circumstance does any replacement or refund establish a concession by Lake Effect Nutrition. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
